Our pricing starts with the Square Footage of your home/office/space, the work that needs to be done and how often you would like to have us around. We understand that when it comes to cleaning a "one size fits all" solution is not going to work for everyone. That is why we do a walk through of your home/office/space and make sure we put together a service that fits your needs and meets all your expectations.

 We will gladly give you a Guesstimate via phone/text/email but price will fluctuate. It basically comes down to how much work and TLC is needed from the Maria Poppins Team. 

When we come out to your home or business we will give you a free estimate for you to review with no obligation required. We offer services based on your specific preferences and needs. While we can customize your cleaning schedule to fit your needs, most clients schedule regular cleaning services from below:

• First time Cleaning / One Time Cleaning - This is where we start! Once we get you back to cleaned status, If you like how we clean and decide to keep us around the prices go down! 
  Sq ft price is around $.14 to $.18 cents    (Ex: 2500 Sq ft home x $.14  = $350)
  
  
• Once a month – Sometimes a thorough cleaning is just needed once a month
  Sq ft price is around $.11 to $.14 cents (Ex: 2500 Sq ft home x $.11 = $275)

• Bi-weekly – This service works best for general upkeep. 
  Sq ft price is around $.09 to $.11 cents (Ex: 2500 Sq ft home x $.09 = $225)
  
  
• Weekly – This is a popular solution for busy homes that are always on the go!
  Sq ft price is around $.07 to $.09 cents (Ex: 2500 Sq ft home x $.07 = $175)
